1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vizion mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vizion is an AI-powered video generation application that allows users to create cinematic videos from text prompts, images, and videos using advanced AI models. The service operates on a token-based system where each generation consumes a variable number of tokens based on the selected resolution, duration, and audio settings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account & Authentication

The App uses anonymous authentication. No personal login credentials are required. Your account is tied to your device. If you uninstall the App or change devices, your tokens and generation history may be lost.

5. Tokens & Payments

• Vizion operates on a token-based model. Each video generation consumes a variable number of tokens depending on the chosen resolution, duration, and whether audio generation is enabled.
• The token cost for each generation is displayed before you confirm, so you always know the cost in advance.
• Tokens can be obtained through in-app purchases: a weekly Pro subscription (which provides a renewable weekly token budget) or one-time token packs (which never expire).
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Unused weekly subscription tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased token pack tokens do not expire.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Create deepfakes or misleading media of real individuals without consent
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service
• Circumvent token or payment systems

7. Generated Content

You retain rights to content you generate using the App, provided you own or have rights to the input media. We do not claim ownership of your generated videos. However, we reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Video generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure and may occasionally be unavailable. Tokens consumed for failed generations due to server errors may be refunded at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, tokens, or generated content.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.
