How do tokens work?

Every video generation consumes tokens. The cost varies based on your chosen resolution, duration, and whether audio is enabled. The exact token cost is always shown before you confirm a generation, so there are no surprises. You can get tokens through a Weekly Pro subscription (renewable weekly budget) or by purchasing a one-time Token Pack (tokens never expire).

My video generation failed. Did I lose tokens?

If a generation fails due to a server error, your tokens may be automatically refunded. If not, please contact us with details and we'll look into it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find Vizion, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access and your remaining weekly tokens until the end of the current billing period.

How long does video generation take?

Generation typically takes 1-5 minutes depending on the resolution and duration settings. You can leave the app and come back later — the generation continues in the background.

What file formats are supported?

Vizion supports JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, and TIFF image formats, as well as MP4, MOV, and WEBM video formats.

Can I save generated videos?

Yes! You can save videos directly to your device gallery, share them to social media, or copy the video URL from the video player screen.

I switched devices. Can I transfer my tokens?

Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and should restore automatically via "Restore Purchases" in the app. For individual token pack purchases, please contact us with your purchase receipts.

What are the different creation modes?

Vizion offers four modes: Text to Video (generate from a text prompt), Image to Video (animate your images), Motion Transfer (apply movement from a reference video to your images), and Video Extension (continue a video beyond its ending).

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any purchase.
